Corporate Responsibility
Analyse the operating context of private companies and organisations with regards to existing and upcomingsustainability challenges. Provide insightful support to:
Lead the development of associated strategies (vision, mission, Charter)
- Materiality assessment
- Stakeholder consultations
- Benchmarks (competitors, best-in-class sectors, national and regional contexts)
Design, set-up and implement associated action plans
- Awareness raising, capacity building, workshops facilitation, training, communication
- Establish relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor them
- Analyse and recommend the most appropriate tools (life-cycle assessment, cost-benefit analysis, bilan carbone®, Greenhouse Gas protocol, multi-criteria methodology…)
- Identify the development and implementation of innovative technologies and process improvements (technical, management, value chain…)
- Join and contribute to collaborative platforms (best-practice sharing)
Communicate to relevant stakeholders
- Sustainability / Integrated reports, web site, forums, webinars…
